LocksmithZilla is a referral and information service. We do not provide locksmith services and are not a party to any agreement between you and independent providers. Providers are solely responsible for their services, pricing, timelines, and warranties.

2) Eligibility & Your Responsibilities

• You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract.
• You agree to provide accurate information and use the Services lawfully.
• By submitting a request, you authorize us to share your details with up to three independent locksmith providers and to be contacted regarding your request (including by automated technology where permitted by law).

3) Quotes, Pricing, and Availability

Any quotes or estimates are provided by independent providers and may vary based on job details, parts, and on-site conditions. Arrival times depend on provider availability and external conditions.

4) Third-Party Sites & Partners

The Services may link to third-party websites or display phone numbers that connect you to partners. We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices. Your dealings with third parties are solely between you and them.

5) Prohibited Uses

• Illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activity.
• Interfering with or disrupting the Services, including scraping, bypassing rate limits, or automated extraction.
• Impersonation or misrepresentation.

6) Intellectual Property

Content on the Services is owned by or licensed to LocksmithZilla and protected by law. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

7) Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT ANY PROVIDER’S QUALIFICATIONS, PRICING, QUALITY, AVAILABILITY, RESPONSE TIME, OR OUTCOMES.

8) Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LOCKSMITHZILLA AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).

9) Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless LocksmithZilla from and against any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Services or your interactions with providers.

10) Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflicts of law principles. Courts located in Texas shall have exclusive jurisdiction unless otherwise required by law.

11) Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Effective date” above reflects the latest version. Continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
